My name is Penny and I am a NH and MA licensed electrologist and esthetician who studied at the Electrology & Esthetics Institute of New England. My practice includes electrolysis (thermolysis, blend, & galvanic), laser and IPL hair removal as well as the treatment of skin irregularities.
